Loveland, CO – Introducing Ragnar! Poor Ragnar (ID A750916) is a handsome 2-year-old rooster who had his ladies adopted away from him and now he is in danger. This shelter is overcrowded with roosters and when they aren’t adopted, they get sent to a wildlife refuge to be eaten by hawks. We are very worried about these guys!!!! Please someone step up and save a few and start a bachelor flock!! Roosters are intelligent, empathetic, and affectionate pets. He is looking for a new home where he will NEVER be killed, protected from predators, taken to the vet when sick or injured, and well-cared for and loved as a pet and fellow family member. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!
