Des Moines, IA – Introducing Roger! Roger (ID 229325) is a nice guy who arrived at the shelter with severe frostbite. He is missing some toes but gets around well. He was listed several months ago, disappeared and is now listed again. We aren’t sure what happened. Roosters are intelligent, empathetic, and affectionate pets. He is looking for a new home where he will NEVER be killed, protected from predators, taken to the vet when sick or injured, and well-cared for and loved as a pet and fellow family member. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!
