Hoyt photo
Smithtown, NY – Introducing Hoyt! Hoyt was found wandering a neighborhood. He proved to be quite difficult to round up, thankfully some friends at Hoyt farm were able to jump in and help out. Unfortunately, rooster abandonment occurs frequently across the United States, despite it being illegal (it is animal cruelty). Roosters are intelligent, empathetic, and affectionate pets. He is looking for a new home where he will NEVER be killed, protected from predators, taken to the vet when sick or injured, and well-cared for and loved as a pet and fellow family member. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!
