Ravenna, OH - Introducing Football! Football is an endearing rooster born in 2023. He arrived at Happy Trails after being rescued from a neglect situation. Football quickly became a beloved figure at Happy Trails, earning his name due to his unique absence of a tailbone. He is amiable when on the ground and is comfortable with being handled. Football is looking for a new flock where he can indulge in his favorite pastimes: foraging for treats, socializing with companions, and safeguarding his peers. Roosters are intelligent, empathetic, and affectionate and this sweet boy deserves the opportunity to show you how wonderful he is! He is looking for a new home where he will NEVER be killed, protected from predators, taken to the vet when sick or injured, and well-cared for and loved as a pet and fellow family member. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!
