Eagle Mountain, UT - Meet Mac, Lola and Pips! They are 7 year old hens looking for a retirement home together. Mac is the Buff Orpington and Lola and Pips are the Easter Eggers. Chickens are often underestimated, but they are actually very intelligent animals with complex social relationships! If you spend some time with them, they will learn to recognize you! They might be a good pet for you if you have a yard for them to roam in during the day. Hens living requirements also include a completely enclosed area for the birds to be secured in at night every night, to prevent predator attacks.
They are looking for a new home where they will NEVER be killed, protected from predators, taken to the vet when sick or injured, and well-cared for and loved as pets and fellow family members. Please consider opening your heart to them, and providing them a happy, no-kill, forever home they deserve!
