Fort Myers, FL – Introducing Fitzgibbons (ID A1123785)! He is an adorable rooster who was found abandoned and left to die by his previous caretaker. He was brought to the shelter before he was ripped apart by predators, which is what happens with most roosters who are ‘set free’. If you live in an area which doesn’t allow roosters or you don’t want roosters, DO NOT BY BABY CHICKS FROM FEED STORES OR INCUBATE EGGS. ADOPT hens who need homes instead.
He is looking for a new home where he will NEVER be killed, protected from predators, taken to the vet when sick or injured, and well-cared for and loved as a pet and fellow family member. Please consider opening your heart to him, and providing him a happy, no-kill, forever home he deserves!
